serving pastors of all denominations.
Ministry—service to others—is God’s call to pastors and lay people to make our lives
count! Effective ministry unites the
server and the one being served, allowing both to experience the spiritual
awareness of being a vital part of God’s larger, grace-oriented plan.
Mentors are qualified individuals who provide positive learning opportunities to encourage excellence in ministry. Ministry Mentors selects exceptionally qualified pastors to serve those who serve.
Our Purpose is to select, train, equip, and support pastoral mentors who can be an effective resource to pastors and others who strive for excellence in ministry.

Offer independent pastor-to-pastor mentoring, coaching, counseling,
consulting, and referrals -
Provide a personal resource, available for professional and personal issues

Reinforce strengths and encourage growth areas, including spiritual disciplines

Encourage effective use of spiritual gifts and skills, including preaching,
and leadership -
Provide a safe place to think out loud

Assist in determining vision and values as they relate to congregational mission and facility development

Assist in setting priorities for more effective use of seminars, retreats,

Facilitate healthy team ministries and staff relationships
